Cylinder type washing machine
The suction needle is synchronously pressed down to the bottle with the main machine for cleaning.
When the blowing suction needle reaches into the bottle mouth for a certain length, the sealing washer on the needle seat contacts with the bottle mouth plane and compacts appropriately. At the same time, the mechanical valve is opened,
the intake pipe is connected and the air is blown into the bottle through the needle, and the air blown into the bottle is sucked out by the suction needle.What is blown into the bottle from the needle is filtered dry compressed air, which forms a gas circulation in the bottle and strongly scours the inner surface of the container, so that the dust in the bottle is suspended. The swirl type air pump that runs all the time educates it from the suction pipe with larger pipe diameter in time, complete clean dust removal process.
