DXDCH-10B Tea Bag Packing Machine is a kind of machine used for packing tea seeds, medical, health-care and tea industries granular shaped ingredients. All of these items could be packed with both inner and outer envelops, and with thread and tag at the same time.
Features:
The processes of bag making measuring, filling, sealing, cutting, counting and hot pressing code can be done automatically.
Handling thread and tag would be a specific point of this machine, which would be a good convenient for customers while drinking tea.
1). All stainless steel cover meets to standard.
2). Equipped with antipollution and dust proof device.
3) Adjustable measuring cup—adjust the measuring under the case of downtime.
4) The computer can adjust the length of the bag automatically without changing gears.
5) Photocell controller is easy to manipulate.
6) The tracking system with cursor of sending sign, guarantees the completed label design and customers may print their own products icon.
7) At the ends of cross sealed of inner and outer bags have oiling holes, regular oil guarantees that the machine operate
lubricating, adequate lubrication can reduce the failure rate and improve the service life of the machine.
8) The operation facility is controlled by American intel computer, all function is displayed with digital screen.
9) Minimum sealing temperature variation employs PID temperature, the tolerance is controlled by ± 2%.
