Vertical Ultrasonic Automatic Bottle Washing Machine,
vial/oral/ampoule washing machine
Description:
By this machine, the bottle feeding, the water filling, the ultrasonic cleaning, the cleaning of bottle external, the cleaning of
bottle internal and the bottle discharging, etc. are all automatically.
Firstly, bottles are conveyed to the water filling station. After filling, have the ultrasonic cleaning in the water tank, which
is the pre-washing. By the ultrasonic cleaning, dirties of both bottle’s internal and external can be peeled off. After the
ultrasonic cleaning, bottles are sent to the lifting star wheel. With the optimized pitch and the groove depth, bottles can be
conveyed from the belt to the star wheel perfectly, and then be lifted to the manipulator of the big drum. The high-precision SS manipulators clamp the bottle, and turn around by 180 degree, until the bottle open is downward. And then bottles are sent to the fine washing area, where there are six cleaning stations: Circulated water → Compressed air → Injection water (degraded) → Compressed air → Injection water → Compressed air. After theses cleaning, bottles will meet the production requirement.
