Mat Production Process

Assembled rovings are chopped to a specified length,and then fall onto a conveyor randomly. The chopped strands are bonded together by either an emulsion binder or a powder binder. After drying, cooling and winding, a chopped stand mat is formed.

Packaging & Shipping

Each roll is approximately 20KG, 48/64 rolls a tray, 48 rolls are 3 floors and 64 rolls are 4 floors. The 20-foot container holds about 22 tons.

Delivery Detail: 15 days after receiving the deposit.

Product storage
Recommended glass fiber products stored in a dry environment. Recommended storage temperature range of10 ~ 30 oCBetween the relative humidity 50 to 75%. Before using the product, the need to keep the packaging intact state.
