The cleaning rate of soybean was increased and the breakage rate of soybean was decreased by using special large-diameter steel bar and large-hole soybean strainer.

The first domestic grain conveying device adopting chain-spoon vertical conveying technology has greatly reduced the damage of soybeans compared with the traditional agitator conveying .

This soybean harvester uses Korean Daedong imported tracked chassis, imported Datong 85 horsepower engine, imported HST, transmission. The chassis frame weighs 480KG, which is 40% heavier than the chassis of the domestic machine. The service life of the machine is 2 years longer than that of the domestic machine. The whole machine can be guaranteed after replacing the corn cutting section.

Cut 2m-3.2 m optional. The 2-meter cutting range can be used in cross-area operation, and the rice, wheat, rapeseed, barley and soybean can be harvested after replacing the stirring parts. Corn can be harvested at the same time after changing the cutting section. 3.2 m cutting platform can be used for wading operation on large farms.

Dust leakage holes are added at the bottom of the cutting section, the conveying trough and the stirring dragon, thereby improving the cleaning efficiency and the cleaning rate.
