Q: Are there any optional parts for your combine harvesters ?
A: Yes, we can provide customized configurations such as grain tank type and rubber crawler width etc.

Q: How long is your delivery time ?
A: Normally it takes 15-20 days to deliver after your deposit receipt or L/C at sight.

Q: What is the payment term ?
A: 30% T/T in advance and balance before shipment, or Irrevocable L/C at sight

Q: Is OEM or ODM service acceptable ?
A: OEM service is no problem, if you have any special requirements about the machines, please kindly inform us, our engineering
department will study and offer you the suitable solution.

Q:How many sets of combine harvesters can be loaded in a 20’GP or 40’HQ.
A: A 20’GP can load 1 set and a 40’HQ can load 3 sets.

Q: Do I need to buy spare parts when purchasing the machines?
A: Yes, very neccessary. We hope that all customers can buy spare parts while purchasing the machines, spare parts are very
important for the combine harvester maintenance. Suggested spare parts list can be provided when you decide to purchase our
