1.What is your MOQ?

For OEM/ODM order, the MOQ is 500pcs, can mix 3 colors. If you select our design to put your own logo, the sample making time is 30 working days and the production time is 45 working days. For ODM order, the production time is 60 working days for alloy watch and 90 working days for steel watch.

2.What is the warranty on GOLDENHOUR watches?

All of our watches have one year guarantee for the movement, doesn't include man-made damage or daily use damage.

3.Can you send me free sample?

As it's our first time to cooperate with each other, we would charge the sample fee. But the sample fee can be refunded after you place the formal order.

4.Are your watch water resistant? Can I wear it on shower or diving?

GOLDENHOUR watch has 3ATM and 5ATM waterproof, it is no problem that wear the watch while washing hands and walking in the rain.

5.What is your return/exchange policy?

If there is quality problem after you buy our watches, pls contact us within 5 days, we will give you the best solution within 24 hours. Don't disassemble the watch by yourself, any improper use of human leads to the watch damage is not covered by our warranty.
