Clinical summary

l It can be applied to vitiligo in stable and active period.

l After 2-7 treatments, the lesion area became reddish.

l The result for distribution type vitiligo is the best, followed by the restricted type, segmental and the acra.

l In compared with the difference in vitiligo types, the difference body parts also has a greater influence on the results . The results of face and neck is best,followed by trunk, limbs, feet&hands and scalp.

l Results of small area is superior to the widespread lesion.

l  The effect of patients with short disease history is better than the patients with long disease history.

l  The effect of light depigmentation patients is better than the heavy depigmentation.(Effect for patients with bleach hair is worse.)

l For different types of skin , skin type and clinical results are better.

l The end-point reaction of MED test was : within 24 hours after irradiation, there were erythema with no obvious boundary at the irradiation site, and the dose can be used as a reference for the initial dose.
