Manual treatment: the surface of products processed by CNC will have many knife marks and burrs, which need to be polished with sandpaper. Surface treatment: it is necessary to complete the surface effects required by customers, such as oil injection, silk screen printing, electroplating, oxidation, wire drawing, etc. Assembly: after treatment, the data of assembly problems shall be tested. Trial assembly and shipment shall be carried out before surface treatment: after there is no problem detected by QC department, it can be packaged and shipped.
