Sanding sponge block consists of three components: foam, usually made from EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate), PU (polyurethane) or recycled PU waste, a binder resin and abrasive grit made of aluminum oxide, white aluminum oxide, silicon carbide, semi-friable aluminum oxide and so on.
