Product Description. 

MQ601 plastic film-paper adhesive is made of vinyl emulsion, various resins, solvents, emulsifiers and other scientific blending, with strong adhesion. It is mainly used for gluing over-plastic color boxes, over-plastic handbags, over-plastic jewelry boxes and other over-plastic paper and OPP paper packaging products to seal the edges or seal the bond. The adhesive is water-based, non-flammable, environmentally friendly and safe.

Appearance: Milk white yellowish viscous liquid

Solid content: 55±1%

Viscosity: 18000-20000mpa.s

PH value: 6~8

Initial adhesion, strong holding force, fast drying, non-flammable

Scope of application. 

After the lamination of paper boxes, paper bags sealing bonding

Use method. 

The amount of adhesive should not be too large, control the workpiece at the mouth of the material does not burst the mouth is appropriate, the amount of adhesive is too small to affect the bonding strength, bonding the workpiece as long as possible to extend the press time.

Caution.

1, the adhesive can not be mixed with other glues, the glue stored for a long time, there may be layering phenomenon. Can be used after stirring, does not affect the adhesive bonding performance.
