48V 3600W Pure Sine Wave Power Frequency Inverter Driver Motherboard 

Power frequency sine wave inverter motherboard function description:

1. Battery low voltage protection:

When the battery voltage is lower than 10.5V per section, the inverter will turn off the inverter (there is no AC voltage output at this time), and the inverter is in standby mode.

2. Battery overvoltage protection:

When the battery voltage is higher than 14.8V per section, the inverter also turns off the inverter and enters standby mode.

3. The battery starts normally:

When the battery is under low voltage protection, when the solar or wind energy charges the battery to 12.5V per section, the inverter automatically starts to output the AC voltage to supply power to the load. Battery overvoltage protection: When the overvoltage protection is restored to below 14.8V, the inverter will also start automatically.

4. Temperature controlled fan and over temperature protection:

When the inverter is working normally, the fan does not turn. When the temperature is too high, the fan runs automatically. When the temperature drops, the fan stops automatically. When the fan is damaged and the temperature is too high, the inverter will turn off the inverter and enter standby mode.

When the temperature drops, the inverter is automatically started and the AC power is output.

5. Shock and short circuit protection:

The inverter has real-time hardware-by-wave current-limit protection, and software delay (400mS) short-circuit protection plus power frequency isolation transformer, which improves the product's impact resistance and reliability.

6V power supply 6-7V transformer 220V transformer 1000w

24V power supply 12-14V transformer 220V transformer power 2000w

36V power supply 18-21V transformer 20V transformer power 2600w

48V power supply 24-27V transformer 220V transformer power 3000W

Jumper Name Label Setting Description:

FROSELO

- JP5 selects 50H output when P5 is shorted

- When [2] is shorted, the 3-second soft start function is enabled.

- Turn off the soft start function when P6 is shorted

- JP3 when 7 and JP8 are short-circuited at the same time: dead time is 300ns

- JP7 when P3 and JP8 are short-circuited at the same time: dead time is 5005

- JP4 When JP4 and P7 are short-circuited at the same time: dead time is 1.0us

- DT1

- JP8 when P3 and P4 are short-circuited at the same time: dead time is 1.5us

- The default setting of the driver board jumper is JP5, P2, A P7, JP8 short circuit, the corresponding function is 50Hz, 35 soft start, dead time 300ns, users can change according to their needs

- Note: The same function jumper cannot be shorted at the same time! 1 If P1 cannot be shorted simultaneously with JPs.

Installation precautions: 

Battery to motherboard should be connected in series with a high quality 100A air switch.

LED warning indication

- Normal: long bright

- Over current: 2 flashes, 2 seconds off, always cycling

- Over voltage: 3 flashes, 2 seconds off, always cycling

- Under voltage: 4 flashes, 2 seconds off, always cycling

- Over temperature: 5 flashes, 2 seconds off, always cycling

- It is designed with 2.2uF capacitors.
- This board is an industrial frequency inverter board needs to cooperate with the power frequency transformer
