Description:
Ideal for measuring moisture content without damaging the material that is being tested. It emits and picks up electromagnetic signals through the material to be tested. It measures target object with at least 20mm depth (If not, simply stack a few same objects together to reach the minimum depth). The reading displayed is an average value of the moisture content from the entire surface area and the maximum depth of penetration. It calibrates automatically, therefore manual calibration is no longer necessary.

Note:
- It is recommended to use a 9V laminated cell (6F22 or 6LR61) which is not included.

How To Use It?
1. Press the power button to turn on, the device enters automatic measurement phase
2. Press the left button or right button to select the measurement mode
3. Put the instrument on the side surface to measure the moisture content of the target
4. When the moisture content of the measured object exceeds the humidity range, the buzzer will alarm (buzzer alarm range: a: dry wall and building materials: greater than 70%, buzzer alarm. b: softwood and hardwood materials: greater than 17%, buzzer alarm)
5. Press the HOLD button to lock the current reading, press the button again to unlock
6. When the display shows the reading, the LED will also indicate the moisture range
7. If there is no operation, the instrument will automatically shut down after two minutes
8. If you want to shut down, you can press and hold the power button for about 2 seconds to turn it off

LED Moisture Content Indicator:
A. For Drywall & Building Materials (The displayed reading is a relative value): Green: 0~30%; Yellow: 31~70%; Red: 70%+
B. For Softwood & Hardwood: Green: 5~13%; Yellow: 15~17%; Red: 18%+
