XDL large-size series continuous conveyor frying machine use sediment removal system and the speed is frequency adjustable, varying frequency speed control system, improving productivity. Frying machine is stainless steel manufacture,which is composed of automatic, manual lifting system, a unique product conveying system, slagging system, heating system, oil circulation sys tem, smoke extraction system, electric control system and so on. lt is suitable for fried time within 15 secondsto 15 minutes, meeting the users needs. After technical treatment, the machine can be adapted to a variety of energy to meet the different requirements of users. lt is especially suitable for large, medium and small enterprises.

Automatic continuously working;

●Pot body made of 4mm 304 stainless
steel，baseboard is 5mm thickness.
●Pot body shell made of 1mm 304 stainless
steel.
●Water leakage test to make sure the leakproofness after welding.
●Aluminum silicate insulation materials is
filled between pot body and shell.
●Drain valve is installed on the bottom of fryer
●Oil vent installed on the in-feed of the fryer to prevent floating and remaining at the entry.

hoisting system

●Use chains hoisting system.
●Can hoist the fume exhaust cover individually.
●Can hoist the cover, belt holder and heating tubes together
●Convenient to clean the mesh belt and fume exhaust cover.
●Use the safety bumper to make sure the belt holder

Automatic control box

●oil temperature is tested by sensor and transfer to controller.
●The oil temperature and frying time can be set by the control system
●all electrical part is famous brand such as Siemens, Schneider
●PLC ouch screen system which can control the frying time, temperature , speed and so on

Mesh belt conveying system

●Belt speed is frequency controlled.

●Different belt based on request ●The mesh belt holder made of 3mm stainless steel. ●The exhaust cover and belt holder can be lifted individually, easy cleaning. ●The bearing and seat is made of stainless steel 304. ●The gap of double belt is 30-80mm(adjustable) ●Transmission use gear reducer with low noise.

Lampblack exhausting system

●Exhaust cover is made of 2 mm stainless steel 304. ●The cover and exhaust pipes have vapour extraction system. ●Two fume Exhaust pipes ,each is 6m long,made of 304 stainless steel. ●Axial flow fan installed on the end of each exhaust ● Control valve installed on the bottom of exhaust seat.

Oil tank

●Oil tank is used to store the oil after working for cleaning the frying machine. It can pump oil back to the oil tank from fryer. It also can automatic fill the oil to fryer during frying. ●Model:YG-2ton ●Volume of oil:2000kg ●Material:SUS304 stainless steel ● qty: 2sets ● with heating system
