Pasta macaroni manufacturing line is the high tech single-screw extruding machines through extruding ,cooking; curing, shaping, the pasta macaroni can be different shapes like shell, spiral, square tube, circle tube, and so on. After drying, the pellet needs frying to get expanded. If only for steaming type, just need drying for good.  The feature of pasta macaroni manufacturing line is fully automatic controling system, various shapes' adjusting,wide application for pasta macaroni production , 100kg/h is our basic capacity, we can make 300kg/h; or more output for your needs. 

1.Raw materials:

Semolina,wheat flour,corn flour,potato starch,corn starch etc.

120-150kg/hr & 280-300kg/hr

3.Final product:

Single-screw pasta macaroni processing line adopts the semolina,wheat flour, corn starch and 

potato starch as the raw material then form a kind of leisure food after extruding, slaking, forming 

and drying. Various shapes of pasta macaroni can be made by this line just changing the dies of extruder.

Three phases: 380V/50HZ, Single phase: 220V/50HZ, also can make it according to customers' local voltage of different countries
