Introduction :
HZ-130YY rock drilling machine is a lightweight drilling rig and is fed by hydraulic. This machine is widely used in construction work such as exploration, railway, highway, port, bridge, hydropower, tunnel, water well, building, engineering geological prospecting, heavy caliber drilled pile and minor-caliber diamond core drilling.

Core Drilling Rig Introduction:
HZ-130/180/200YY series drilling rigs can increase the rig displacement slides, which can quickly change the drilling tools to improve work efficiency and reduce labor intensity.

200m Borehole Mini Water Well Drilling Rig Coring Drill Rig Advantage:
* Engine:Feed by hydraulic cylinder,the drilling efficiency is higher and it can save labor.
* Drill rod:53x59 drilling rod adopted,high rigidity and strong delivery torque.
* Spindle:Vertical spindle are fixed by four groups of bearing to ensure that the rotary machine is rigid enough for gravel layer
and other complex geoloical conditions.
* Mud pump:Equip mud pump with flow 160L/min,save cost and also make the structure compact.

Core Drilling Rig Features:
1. It has automatic hydraulic feeding mechanism to improve drilling efficiency and reduce labor intensity.
2. The ball card clamping mechanism is used instead of the chuck, and the non-stop bar can be implemented, which is convenient to operate, safe and reliable.
3. The hoist is equipped with a cage to form a double-sided support star wheel structure, which can withstand strong impact
4. Four sets of bearing positioning of the vertical axle box ensure that the gyrator has sufficient rigidity to deal with
complicated geological conditions such as gravel layer and pebble layer.
5. This machine adopts the national patented taper clutch, which has the characteristics of large transmission torque, convenient operation and maintenance-free.

Host

The host consists of a drum, a planetary drive mechanism, a water cooling device and a lock.

Chuck

Chuck, as an independent important part of core drilling machine, is very important for the safety, efficiency and maintenance of
drilling process.

Winch

The winch can lift vertically, horizontally or tilt to pull heavy objects.It is widely used for its simple operation, large amount of rope winding and convenient displacement.

Vrtical shaft
