1. FBT40 I type full-FRP axial flow ventilator is used to discharge anticorrosive fan containing corrosive gas in workshop and warehouse, and can also be installed in series in long exhaust pipes to increase the wind pressure in the pipeline.
2. The impeller and the housing (including the collector) are all shaped by FRP, and the motor is anticorrosive by the method of resin coating.
1) the blade and hub of impeller are molded by FRP, and metal sleeve is embedded in the center of hub.
2) the shell part is composed of a tubing and a collector, which is made of an integral whole of FRP. The tube is straight
cylindrical and has a certain gap with the impeller. The collector is in the arc streamline shape. Reduce the loss of air inlet.
3) the outer bracket of the bracket is made of metal steel at the lower part of the outer surface of the housing, and the inner bracket is also made of metal, and the surface is coated with FRP for anticorrosion.
(3) performance and selection of this series of products are divided into 10 machine numbers according to different impeller diameters, which are arranged in order of 2. 5%, 3. 5, 6. 5, 6, 6, 7, 7, 8, 9, 10. The installation angles of all kinds of blades are 30 °.
