Acid mist purification tower is actually one of exhaust gas scrubber. Same as waste gas scrubber, it can be divided into horizontal type and vertical type, the working principle is acid mist neutralization reaction by physical capture and chemical capture.

Whole set of devices can be made of acid plastics like PP boards and PVC boards. Low operation cost and easy maintenance with low energy cost

Application:
Lead-acid battery manufacturing industry, electroplating factory, solar silicon wafer plant, electronic circuit board factory,nickel screen, aluminum foil, steel pickling and rare earths are potential acid fog makers..

The machine uses NaOH solution to counteract and purify the acid fume. The air is sucked by acentric air fan and circulate upper to filters and reacts with the first filter counteracting solution, the sucked exhaust fume will be sucked to the second filter and react with the counteracting solution, then goes to Rotate Circulation Board and goes into the air through air cover and air outlet pipe.

Application:

Acid gas: sulfuric acid, HLC, nitric acid, HF etc.

Alkali gas: NAOH, KOH, NHS etc.

Organic gas: benzenes, alcohols, phenols.

Suitable for the instrumentation, electrode position, metallurgy, chemical industry, electronic machinery and other industrial acid gas purification treatment. It can also be applied to the treatment of exhaust gas containing mercury, lead and other harmful substances.

Attention:

1. This purification tower should be installed on anti corrosion basis which is higher 100mm than ground. Pump with acid resistance should be on another anti corrosion basis.

2. This equipment should be installed indoor, in order to prevent cold weather from effecting on equipment and absorption solvent.

3. If there is no PH controlling system, PH of acid or alkali solvent should be checked regularly, and consistency should be adjusted at any time.

4. Spray-head and filling material should be checked regularly, in order to avoid plugging, any problems should be solved immediately.
