Product Description

1. Cooling towers are generally available in thermal power plants.After the water is heated, the steam turbine is driven by
high-pressure gas, and the remaining gas needs to be cooled.
2. The central air conditioner also has the function of cooling tower to cool the circulating liquid.

Working principal:

1. Working fluid (water,oil o other liquid) flowing inside of the coils,which is enwrapped by spray water on the outside.The
heat of water is transferred by coil and become the saturated vapor when meet the water and air.
2. The heat is exhausted out of the tower by the tower by the top fan; water is collected back to the bottom tank and circulates continuously.The spray water is cooled down via PVC radiation fin in the process of circulation,and flow is the same direction with the fresh wind.The coil mainly takes sensible heat travel style.
3. The most benefit of this style is can avoid scale formation on the outside of the coil.And this will apply especially to
dealing with hightemperature fluid (e.g.60*C) or the fluid need big temperature difference (e.g.60*C to 32.C).

Detail introduction

1. Tower Body: Reasonable shape, steady air flow, high-quality material, bright color, anti-aging, high strength, light weight,
corrosion resistant. The down tower body can be equipped with the spilled water, sewage and automatic feed pipe according to the order request. It can absorbent water directly from here so the cooling pool is not needed. In addition, it is equippedwith the silencing mat to reduce the noise effectively.
2. Filler: Adopts to the PVC wave plate, Increased lateral convex rib so it can enhance the redistribution capacity of the water, low resistance, the thermal performance is good, the adaptive temperature range is -50--70.
3. Water Distributor and water pipe.Equipped with the stainless steel ball bearing, operation flexible and reliable. uniform
water distribution. The material of water pipe is FRP and the closed water board is installed in the pipe to overcome the
phenomenon of floating water. By the way, you can also choose the spray type water distribution system.
4. Fan: Low noise and high efficiency fan. The blade of fan is plate airfoil type (aluminum alloy,steel,FRP )
5. Motor: Specially designed for the cooling tower. Low noise, saving energy,waterproof properties is good, waterproof properties is good and high efficiency.
6. Reduction Gear: Adopts to the polyester fiber reinforced neoprene belt transmission, high temperature resistant, high
efficiency, low noise, don't stretch in the water so it can overcome the skid phenomenon, or the gear box connect with the
motor together.(depend on the model)
7. Noise Elimination Device:Ultra low noise type cooling tower increase the sound absorption material outside the air intake, also equipped with the sound absorption grating in the tower body in order to achieve maximum noise reduction effect. There is shielding and absorption material trumpet sound absorption grating in the upper tower body air outlet to reduce the noise or the fan and motor.
8. Wind Inlet Window: Equipped with the FRP louver blade, Air resistance is small, so it is suitable for the northern region and the place that need to the cooling tower all year around.
