Product Details
01 New Cutter Design
GB series updates cutter design. The rotary blades and stationary blades are settled as a V-shaped angle. This angle can make better cutting. The granules are evenly cut and less powder is caused.
02 Durable Cutter
? Blades are made of high-strength alloy tool steel, with high hardness, good abrasion resistance, and long durability.
? Adopted hexagon socket screw installation way of the blades and strong wear resistance.
? Material: CR12MOV, hardness in 57-59°
The chamber is made of harder steel by CNC processed with high hardness, good abrasion resistance, long durability and easy maintenance;
Chamber wall thickness 20~40mm.
? SIEMENS electrical parts ensures stable running and liability of the machine；
? Optional Deluxe CE: CE wiring, CE safety electrical devices.

Feeding hopper with double-layered on 4 sides and the inner layer is made of stainless steel with insulation material in between to provide good noise handling.
The motor adopts all copper wire motor，long life and durable.
