01 New Cutter Design
GB series updates cutter design. The rotary blades and stationary blades are settled as a V-shaped angle. This angle can make better cutting. The granules are evenly cut and less powder is caused.
02 Durable Cutter
? Blades are made of high-strength alloy tool steel, with high hardness, good abrasion resistance, and long durability.
? Adopted hexagon socket screw installation way of the blades and strong wear resistance.
? Material: CR12MOV, hardness in 57-59°
With high-quality self-aligning bearings with excellent lifetime running.
Chamber wall thickness 20~50mm, more stable in crushing process due to better load-bearing, hence with higher durability.
Cylinder system on feeding hopper and mesh screen，automatically open and close the feeding hopper and screen without manual operation.
Optimized with full-closed soundproof structure, it ensures the low noise level under operation.
