Product Application

TOJJE DZ-D-600 industrial desiccant wheel dehumidifier is used for the system project that need hight requirement of humidity, temperature and cleanliness of air. The dehumidifier can control the RH under 40%, it can adjust system temperature and dehumidifying capacity according to changing of ambient temperature and humidity stabely and neatly. It is widely used in pharmaceutical manufacture, laboratory, precision instrument, library, power station etc.

Working principle

TOJJE desiccant dehumidifier use silica gel dehumidifying wheel with honeycomb structure, it's separated to processing area and reactivation area. The moisture of air will be absorbed by processing area of wheel, dry air bringed into room by the centrifugal fan. The absorbed wheel is moved into reactivation area by 8~18 rmh rotor, it will be dryed by heated reactive air. The room will be dehumidified by repeating working of dehumidifying wheel. The moisture content of room air can reach lowest 1g/kg amount to dew point temperature -40℃. It can be installed of cooling or heating system to control the room temperature.
