PTFE teflon adhesive tape tape is structured by PTFE coated glass cloth applied with pressure-sensitive silicone adhesive on one side, main features of PTFE adhesive tape is excellent release surface, high-temperature resistance up to 260°C( 500°F) and strong adhesion under high heat.

The PTFE coating we use is imported from Japan which provides a quick release, abrasion-resistant and smooth surface. The basic material is woven fiberglass fabric which makes the tape tear-resistant. Pressure-sensitive adhesive is imported from the USA which has relatively lower initial adhesion but higher adhesion under high heat, the adhesive will not residual on the machine when peeling off.

PTFE adhesive tape(PTFE adhesive-backed tape) can be with or without yellow release paper on the back, normally jumbo roll like 1m x 50m and 1m x 30m are with liner on the back, small rolls like 25mm x 10m, 50mm x 10m may with or without the liner.

Application of PTFE adhesive tape is as work surface covers of hot sealing for plastic films, hot pressing during laminating and composite mold release. Such as for impulse sealer, drop sealer, form and fill sealer, L bar sealer, Side sealer, blister packing, vacuum packing, polybag manufacturing and hot laminating.

The standard width of PTFE adhesive tape is 1000mm and 1250mm, small sizes can be slit accordingly.
