35CrMo alloy structural steel has high static strength, impact toughness and higher fatigue limit, higher hardenability than 40Cr, high creep strength and durable strength under high temperature, long-term working temperature up to 500℃;Cold deformation medium
plasticity, poor weldability.Important structural parts for high load operation, such as transmission parts for vehicles and engines;Turbo-generator rotor, spindle, heavy load transmission shaft, large section parts.

42CrMoA belongs to ultra-high strength steel, with high strength and toughness, good hardenability, no obvious temper brittleness, high fatigue limit and resistance to multiple impact after tempering treatment, good low temperature impact toughness.The steel is suitable for the manufacture of large and medium size plastic molds which require certain strength and toughness.

16MnCr5 has good hardenability and cutting ability, for large section parts, after heat treatment can get higher surface hardness and wear resistance, low temperature impact toughness is also higher.16MnCr5 gear steel is used after carburizing and quenching, mainly used for manufacturing gear, worm, sealing shaft sleeve and other parts.

40Cr

steel is one of the most widely used steels in mechanical manufacturing industry.After tempering treatment, it has good comprehensive mechanical properties, good low temperature impact toughness and low notch sensitivity.Good steel hardenability, when water quench hardening to Ф 28 ~ 60 mm, when oil quenching hardening to Ф 15 ~ 40 mm.This kind of steel is suitable for cyanidation and high frequency quenching in addition to tempering treatment.The cutting performance is good, when the hardness is 174~229HB, the relative machinability is 60%.The steel is suitable for making medium - sized plastic moulds.

*Storage: Pay attention to moisture, dust, oil, lubricating oil, as well as surface rust, or poor welding corrosion resistance.When water is immersed between the film and the steel substrate, the corrosion rate is faster than that without the film.Warehouse storage should be placed in a clean, dry and easy to open the air, to maintain the original packaging state, the stainless steel film should avoid direct light, film should be periodic inspection, if the film deterioration (film life of 6 months) should be replaced immediately, if the packing material when pad paper, in order to prevent surface corrosion should be
immediately removed pad paper.
