First:Doing geat treatment Q+T for hot rolled round bars to make sure the rods to reach the hardness as required.

Second:Doing UT to test the rods after heat treatment.

Third:Making turning for the rods by machining.

Forth:Making thread on the bright smooth rods.

Fifth: Making the nuts match the thread rods.

Packaging	1. by bundles, each bundle weight under 3 tons, for small outer diameter seamless steel pipe, each bundle with 4 - 8 steel strips. 2. after making by bundle, covered with Polyethylene waterproof cloth. 3. make black paints painting on each pipe, then make bundles
