Seamless Steel Pipe
as the name suggests,is a pipe without a seam or a weld-joint. Seamless Steel Pipes is a tubular section or hollow cylinder,usually but not necessarily of circular cross-section,used mainly to convey substances which can flow-liquids and gases(fluids),slurries,powders,powders and masses of small solids.
Characteristics
1. The thicker the wall thickness of seamless tube, the more economical and practical it is, and the thinner the wall thickness, the higher the processing cost.
2. Its detection and shaping must be handled offline.Therefore, it shows its superiority in high pressure, high strength and material used for mechanical structure.

For example, size OD250x ID200 is not stock common size, then need using larger pipe to process into 250x 200, same as OD170xID100.

*1. by bundles, each bundle weight under 3 tons, for small outer diameter seamless steel pipe, each bundle with 4 - 8 steel strips. *2. after making by bundle, covered with Polyethylene waterproof cloth.

Loading
*1.20 feet container: when the pipe length within 5.8 meters, will arrange shipping by 20 feet container, load 25 ton/per container. *2.40 feet container: when the pipe length within 11.5 meters, will shipping by 40 feet containers, load 25 tons/per container.
*3.Bulk Vessel: when the pipe length over 11.5 meters, and quantity is big, will shipping by Bulk Vessel, the freight is cheap in this way.
