Seamless steel pipe
Seamless Steel Pipe,as the name suggests,is a pipe without a seam or a weld-joint. Seamless Steel Pipes is a tubular section or hollow cylinder,usually but not necessarily of circular cross-section,used mainly to convey substances which can flow-liquids and gases (fluids), slurries, powders, powders and masses of small solids.
Processing service
we can cut the seamless steel pipe into the length you demand, and can make the surface to be bright by milling and grinding at the Lathe, and can grind the outer diameter and wall thickness to be the dimension you demand. If the sizes are not available from the standard common stock sizes, and the quantity are not enough for the new production, then we need process the stock larger seamless pipes into the sizes you need. And we also can make steel pipes deep processing. For example, size OD250x ID200 is not stock common size, then need using larger pipe to process into 250x 200, same as OD170xID100, the processing pictures are as follows:

1. by bundles, each bundle weight under 3 tons, for small outer diameter seamless steel pipe, each bundle with 4 - 8 steel strips.

Delivery Time: 7 days for stock sizes and 10-15 days for new production sizes

Loading
1.20 feet container: when the pipe length within 5.8 meters, will arrange shipping by 20 feet container, load 25 ton/per container.
2.40 feet container: when the pipe length within 11.5 meters, will shipping by 40 feet containers, load 25 tons/per container.
3.Bulk Vessel: when the pipe length over 11.5 meters, and quantity is big, will shipping by Bulk Vessel, the freight is cheap in this way.
