Seamless Steel Pipe

as the name suggests,is a pipe without a seam or a weld-joint. Seamless Steel Pipes is a tubular section or hollow cylinder,usually but not necessarily of circular cross-section,used mainly to convey substances which can flow-liquids and gases (fluids) , supplies, powders,powders and masses of small solids.

Characteristics

1. The thicker the wall thickness of seamless tube, the more economical and practical it is, and the thinner the wall thickness,
the higher the processing cost.
2. Its detection and shaping must be handled offline.Therefore, it shows its superiority in high
pressure, high strength and material used for mechanical structure.

Type of seamless tube

1. According to different production methods, seamless steel pipe can be divided into hot-rolled pipe, cold-rolled pipe, cold-drawn pipe and extruded pipe.

2. Classification of appearance: circular tube and shaped tube.In addition to rectangular tube
and rectangular tube, there are oval tube, semicircular tube, triangular tube, hexagon tube, convex tube, plum tube.

Processing service

we can cut the seamless steel pipe into the length you demand, and can make the surface to be bright by milling and grinding at the Lathe, and can grind the outer diameter and wall thickness to be the dimension you demand. If the sizes are not available from the standard common stock sizes, and the quantity are not enough for the new production, then we need process the stock larger seamless pipes into the sizes you need. And we also can make steel pipes deep processing. For example, size OD250x ID200 is not stock common size, then need using larger pipe to process into 250x 200, same as OD170xID100,

Packing & Delivery

Packing

1. by bundles, each bundle weight under 3 tons, for small outer diameter seamless steel pipe, each bundle with 4 - 8 steel strips.

2. after making by bundle, covered with Polyethylene waterproof cloth.

3. make black paints painting on each pipe, then make bundles

Delivery Time; 7 days for stock sizes and 10-15 days for new production sizes

Loading

1.20 feet container: when the pipe length within 5.8 meters, will arrange shipping by 20 feet container, load 25 ton/per container.

2.40 feet container: when the pipe length within 11.5 meters, will shipping by 40 feet containers, load 25 tons/per container.

3.Bulk Vessel: when the pipe length over 11.5 meters, and quantity is big, will shipping by Bulk Vessel, the freight is cheap in this way.
