    What kinds of 3D printing materials are washable?

New environmentally friendly 3D printing materials are available, and I know of a photosensitive resin that can be washed.

It is suitable for the use of wavelength 405nm laser SLA 3D molding equipment, with abs-like plastic material characteristics, excellent printing effect, with accurate size and weather resistance and durable characteristics, and the photosensitive resin adopts special hydrophobic polymer photocuring material technology, during operation, it is almost not affected by environmental humidity. It can avoid the shortcomings of slow curing reaction and poor mechanical strength of traditional photosensitive resin.

For large-scale commercial use, washable 3D printing materials should have the following characteristics:

1. Medium viscosity, good fluidity, clear print details.

2. The curing speed is fast, and the residual resin on the molding is easy to clean and remove.

3. The printing object size is accurate and the deformation is low.

4. The forming stiffness is good, easy to disassemble from the mesh board.

5. The molding after curing treatment, excellent mechanical properties, comparable to plastic injection processing.

6. The surface color is delicate, and the change is small under the influence of light and heat.

7. The resin structure is solid, the disassembly support will not damage, and the processing operation after sandpaper polishing is easy.

 If these points can be met, and can be washed after processing, it really, BELIEVE that can replace most of the existing similar materials on the market.......
