QZYK1150DW-5 Microcomputer Paper Cutting Machine Structure Description

Machine details:

1. Usage: QZYK-DW Microcomputer Paper Cutting Machine is used to cut the printing paper of various kinds, paper products, plastic, thin film, leather, slice of non-ferrous metal, etc.

2. Microcomputer: It is equipped with imported whole set computer controlling system. The computer has functions as following: the warning for the woring input, self diagnose malfuctions and display the wrong coding. It has 50 programmes, each of them can store 100 cutting s data.

3. Semi-automatic: paper-sending is automatic, but paper-cutting is manual.

4. Double Hydraulic Device: the hydraulic system adopts the Germany advanced technology. Equipped with combined hydraulic valve, double hydraulic controlling structure, it approves hydraulic device greatly. The hydraulic device pass CE certificate.

5. Double Guide Device: the paper pusher adopts double imported linear guide and Grinding T shape screw., which can prolong the machine more precise.

6. Photo cell: it is equipped with a photo cell safety protection device.

7. Over load protection device; convenient knife changing device.

8. Worktable chrome treatment: the worktable and side board surface are all adopted chrome treatment to improve the precision and quality of the machine.

9. Air ball: air balls are installed in the worktable. The paper sending work will be easy and accurate.

10. Cutting controller: both of the user’s hands operate the machine. It can cut paper in one time.

11.Electronic knife lock: when the machine is malfunction, the electronic knife lock will lock the knife, and the machine will stop cutting to protect safety.

12. Safety notice & Glass covers: the machine has passed CE certificate. All the safety notice and direction mark is used to cause the safety attention of the user, and do protection and maintenance in time.( optional )

13. Main electric device are imported from Germany, French, Japan, etc.

1. The packing is confirm to export wooden case standard, strong and durable. The                    wooden case’s thickness is generally 1 cm.

2. In order to be waterproof, we usually use bubble film to wrap machine.

3. We can handle shipping for customers too.

We provide 12 months warranty. During warranty, we provide free technical support and free normal spare parts for replacing, except for man-made damage.We can go to your country to debug machine when you have questions can not resolve,but you must pay 100usd/day to our engineer.
