Use:

 Used for laminating release materials or protective films, while slitting and rewinding. Suitable materials such as: PET, double-sided tape, release paper, foam glue, protective film, stickers, other die-cutting materials, etc.

Features:

 1. Using PLC programming control, touch screen control

2. Magnetic powder device controls tension, manual/automatic dual-mode tension control system

3. Hydraulic automatic feeding, ultrasonic probe, CNC servo EPC automatic correction

4. Laminating adopts rubber roller + steel bar combined laminating roller, pneumatically adjusts the pressure

5. Standard single-sided lamination protective film (optional double-sided lamination), while slitting and rewinding

6. You can choose to use round knife or straight knife for slitting (standard round knife, straight knife optional)

7. Both unwinding and rewinding are equipped with static elimination devices, which can effectively eliminate static electricity

8. Feeding and rewinding are driven by independent motors, frequency conversion speed regulation, vector large torque power output

9. Double-shaft center winding, the winding shaft can be forward and reverse, automatic length counting, and automatically decelerate and stop when the job is completed

10. This model has a variety of optional structures: slitting model, single-sided laminating model, double-sided laminating model, peeling mechanism, winding roller mechanism, etc.

Parameter:

1. The packing is confirm to export wooden case standard, strong and durable. The                    wooden case’s thickness is generally 1 cm.

2. In order to be waterproof, we usually use bubble film to wrap machine.

3. We can handle shipping for customers too.

We provide 12 months warranty. During warranty, we provide free technical support and free normal spare parts for replacing, except for man-made damage.We can go to your country to debug machine when you have questions can not resolve,but you must pay 100usd/day to our engineer.
