Automatic die-cutting & creasing machine is the key device for the production of cartons, paper boxes and high standard paper products, etc. It is especially applicable to the automatic die-cutting and stripping of complicated paper boxes and cigarette cases to rationalize the production of paper boxes. This machine is integrally assembled, transported and mounted, it can be put into operated in one day, and thus the cost is reduced. The precise assembly and high configuration make it better than Taiwan machines and competitive with Japan machines.

Advantages of our die-cutting machine:

1,Paper Feeding Unit and Paper Conveying Unit

Paper Feeding Unit:

1) The enlarged paper feeding head (Feida head) has 4 suction nozzles applicable for paper in different thicknesses and 2 paper feeding nozzles which can be independently adjusted for parallel paper feeding. It also has 2 paper lifting nozzles which can move up and down in a large stroke especially applicable for small corrugated paper. The large power wind pump provides a high suction force. It can be conveniently adjusted; paper can be divided reliable, and it runs fast and stably.

2) By the special secondary paper feeding and preliminary paper stacking, the primary and secondary can be shifted to ensure uninterrupted paper feeding.

3) To improve the working efficiency, paper feeding and collecting are realized by Taiwan WANSHSIN dual-speed reduction motor which provides a long service life and a high torsional force, and it saves time due to its high lowering speed.

Paper Conveying Unit:

1) The paper conveying part is made of stainless steel plate to prevent rust and provide stable and correct paper conveying.

2) Paper is positioned by a pushing unit and a pulling unit which can be shifted conveniently for different specifications of paper.

2,Die-cutting Unit

1) Die-cutting unit eliminated castings wallboard due to casting wallboard has small pull, large deformation and without limitation, instead it uses steel wallboards like Japan. To increase pulling force is to increase pressure, and it is strong and durable, changeless form.

2) Use high-pressure oil pump, use crush type for lubrication, reducing parts attrition and increasing oil temperature cooler to lubricant for cooling, on the main chain for regular lubrication, improve equipment efficiency.

3) It has novel drive mechanism, execute high-speed die-cutting, high accuracy of swinging rod platform and improve the pad speed (almost don't need mat), we should know, a lot of manufacturers exist pressure uneven problem.

4) Gripper bar chains are imported from Germany, to ensure the service life and stable die cutting precision.

5) Taiwan intermittent institutions is the main transmission requirements for die-cutting machine, it can improve die cutting speed, die-cutting precision, lower noise. Using home-made intermittent cannot reach the speed and precision on this level.

6) Torque limit device can do overload protection, in overload situation, master-slave separation will guarantee safety of machine in operating. Italian imported pneumatic brake clutch, and rotating adapter, satisfies European standards, clutch rapidly, great strength smoothly, long life and low noise.

3,Delivery Unit

1) Automatic vacuum paper, orderly and clean

2) Non-stop delivery gate plate can improve efficiency. When the paper stack is high enough, we can pull out the collect cardboard and push-in another piece deceive paper gate plate to change at the same time, thus achieved the non-stop delivery.

3) Pneumatic sampling, which are accessible at any time to check the die cutting paper, very convenient.

4,Electrical Control Unit

1) The electrical control system is Japan Omron PLC computer automatic control for fully detecting and controlling, and the Japan frequency converter with main motor provides high power for paper feeding, paper conveying, die-cutting, and paper collecting.

2) The human-machine interface can display various working conditions, indicate fault positions and give solutions.

3) The machine is equipped with various safety protection units. A visible and audible alarm will be given at any fault, and the machine will be automatically shut down to protect personal and device safety.

1. The packing is confirm to export wooden case standard, strong and durable. The                    wooden case’s thickness is generally 1 cm.

2. In order to be waterproof, we usually use bubble film to wrap machine.
