Machine Description:
Automatic 2colors screen printer for one sets rulers ( rulers, right triangular rules, equilateral triangle rulers and
compasses).Auto feeding device, auto positioning, printing device, auto UV dry device and auto stack
up unloading device, one time printing 4pcs(each kind of the rulers print 1piece),total speed up to 4800pcs/hr.

2.High speed cam divider rotary worktable
3. Auto feeding and baiting, without manual operation
4.Closed and column structure of machine to make sure safety operation
5.Vacuum equipment ensure the rulers in same position during conveyor transmission
6.The X and Y direction of worktable can be adjustable, the precision can be up to 0.01mm
7.Servo motor driven printing stroke, combing with liner guide, infinitely speed control, stable printing
8.Auto ruler locating system ensure printing accuracy, "no product, no printing" system keep printing stablely
9.Adopt the cool LED light dry system to make sure all the printing process without the risk of burn the rulers
10.Auto unloading belt conveyor transfer system, and the quantity of unloading printed rulers on belt can be set
