Annotation: the Kraft paper for testing of the corrugation plant line should keep the requirements as follows. (The temperature of the surface of the heating parts in the corrugation plant line is above 172 degree)

Kraft paper’s level can not be lower than B level  Water content: 11%±2%

Face Paper: 100—250g/m2                Bottom Paper:100--250g/m2Flute Paper: 100—250g/m2

B  The parts that the customers should buy or prepare by themselves:

Steam heating system: suggest buying a 4000kg/hr steam boiler, pressure: 1.25Mpa, steam pipe.

Air compressor, air-pipe, and the glue transport pipe.

Electric power source, power wires connect from operation counter to power counter, and wire and pipe.

Water source, water transport pipe, water bucket

Water, electric, gas, ground work and civil work.

The material paper and corn starch (potato), caustic soda, borax are used when the 1st testing of the production line.

Lubricating oil, consistent lubricant, machine oil, hydraulic oil.

Provide food, accommodation of the installer and offer workers when installing.

C servicing promise

a)     The product can pass the carton industry standards.

b)     The supplier supplies the paid service. The customer pays the workers’ salary and the cost of   round flight tickets and living and food when installing. (salary:80 dollors per day)

c)     The suppliers take the responsibly of installment and help to train the technician, these kinds of cost should be paid by the customers

2.If you need our engineers install and teach you hoe to operate machine, we also can send our engineers to your country, but need you bear all fee, tickets, foods, hotel and salary 120usd/day per engineer.
