Usage

Laboratory mini hot melt adhesive coater which can be used for continuous coater sample making or small production for high precision modular coater station.Hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive can be directly coated on heat-resistant substrate, or coated on separate paper and then transferred to different surface materials, such as paper, plastic model metal film, etc. (the best experimental base is recommended to use 50 sheets m heat-resistant PET film).

Character

1. The whole machine is a combination assembly of high-precision modular coating station structure.

2. Separate pt-100 high-precision PID temperature control mode of the rubber wheel and the rubber groove.

3. Use the dial gauge as the dividing head to make precise adjustment of the upper and lower rubber wheel coating clearance to control the coating thickness.The maximum width of total coating clearance was 500 mm (base material plus adhesive thickness), and the optimum thickness was greater than or equal to 20 mm (coating precision was + or - 5 mm).After setting the thickness, the rubber wheel can be locked indirectly to prevent the gap from changing.

4. The maximum width of the coil is 200mm (the maximum width of the sheet is 260mm) and the maximum width of the coating is 160mm.Apply wide to two pieces inside the glue groove. Teflon baffle to adjust.Can be unlimited length coating adhesive, automatic winding(the best coating speed is 1-2m/min).

5. The feeding scroll can adjust the knob to change the tension feeding.  

6. The receiving reel can be adjusted for mechanical tension control.  

7. Heating rod, rubber wheel and glue groove can be quickly disassembled and separated from the body to remove residual glue.
