Uses: This machine is to provide the simulative heat of the sun and ultraviolet radiation environment of space. It is used to test Yellowing for accelerated testing of materials. Gray standard available for reference pollution,determine the material level of yellowing. You can also  visually observe yellowing sample rate directly. It can be used as ageing tester and ovens after taking off ultraviolet lamp.

According to the standards of ultraviolet-wavelength and temperature projections, the temperature at 70 degree by machine ,the same as test 2 months in natural environment. the temperature at 50 degree by machine ,the same as test 1 months in natural environment.

KJ-2030A UV test machine, refer to ASTM  D1148 GB/T18830 standard, major role for the simulation of the Sun's UV radiation and heat tests.put  Sample in UV machine and after  test by the UV light and temperature, observed degree of yellowing. Fading color cards can be used to determine rank.
