Cut off the cable about 5m in length as being the test specimen which shall be kinked over the specified diameter of both wheels and each end has to be loaded with a weight. Meanwhile each conductor of sample shall be loaded with a current. Later at an approximately constant speed of 0.33m/s to move the wheels over a distance of 1m to make the specimen be reciprocally bent and tightened. When the specimen breaks down or the preset numbers are reached, the machine will stop automatically. Afterward, taking off the sample and adjudge the characteristic of flexibility.
