Description

High quality plastic bottle glue filling capping machine has 16 stations, stepless speed regulation, photoelectric control, the whole machine operates with bottle filling, no bottle without filling, and automatic alarm shutdown without cover. The whole machine runs smoothly and reliably. The indexing mechanism is used to drive the turntable equipped with fixtures for intermittent movement to complete a series of functions such as automatic filling, automatic capping, automatic capping, and product withdrawal. The filling measurement is accurate and adjustable, and the upper cover is completed with a vibrating screen and a manipulator.

Specification

1. Using peristaltic pump filling method, filling is accurate (can be adjusted arbitrarily), and the measurement error is ±1%. 

2. When the machine is filling, the filling nozzle is lowered to the bottom of the tube for filling, so that the bubbles in the material in the bottle are reduced to a minimum, which solves the problem of dripping during filling.
