Working site of briquette production line 

1. Material size when briquetting: Mostly Less than 3mm fines.
2. During briquetting, the moisture should be controlled 5-12% (The moisture has big impact on the briquetting, the water should be balanced.)

3. The materials should not contain hard iron block and other hard massive materials. Otherwise, it will damage the rollers and shaft. The users should be prepared iron removal equipments.
4. Binder and other additives: The users should be well-prepared according to the characteristics of the materials and the environment for use.
