This briquetting plant can be used to press coal dust, coke powder, charcoal powder, carbon black powder, iron powder, iron ore fines, mill scale, cast iron powder, other mineral powder etc. into oval shape, pillow shape, egg shape. we can also design the mould-rollers based on customer's demand. 

Complete Briquetting Plant Flow Chart Description:

(1). Materials size required before feeding into briquetting machine: less than 3mm. If the size is larger than 3mm, it is necessary to crush them into smaller size for briquetting.

(2). Moisture content: 10%-15%.

(3). Briquetting plant is made up of crusher, double shaft mixer, binder mixing barrel, briquetting machine, vertical dryer/chain plate dryer etc.
