Usage of disposable virus sampling tube

1.Take out the test tube with sampling solution and paste the bar code.

2.Wash your hands with alcohol and take our the swab.

3.Let the patient raise his head,open his mouth and say “ah”to fully expose the retropharynx wall.

4.Wipe the front end of the swab on the retropharynx wall for 3-5 times,up,down,left and right.

5.Put the swab head into the test tube containing sampling night immediately,and break the handle at the tail of the swab.

6.Tighten the pipe cover,seal it immediately, and complete the sampling.

Notes:

1.Specimen collection should be detected as soon as possible.

If detected within 24 hours, it should be stored at 4 degrees Celsius.

2.If it cannot be detected with in 24 hours, the specimen should be kept under minus 70 degrees Celsius.
