working principle

 The material enters the crusher through the feed hopper and falls onto the distributor tray through the feeder. The distributor tray is divided into two parts. Part of the impeller from the middle of the distributor plate enters the impeller rotating at a high speed. It is rapidly accelerated in the impeller and then projected from the impeller flow channel at a high speed. It is first impacted and broken with another part of the material falling around the distributor pan, and then impacts the material in the breaker cavity together. On the lining, after being rebounded, it impacts diagonally upwards to the top of the crushing chamber and changes direction to move downwards, and the materials emitted from the slewing runners form a continuous material curtain, so that a piece of material is subjected to multiple impacts and friction in the crushing chamber. And broken by grinding effect. The broken material leaves the crushing chamber under gravity and enters the unloading hopper of the lower casing. The upper and lower hitting shields are installed on the wall of the crushing chamber to protect the housing from impact abrasion. Working principle:
