Working Principle of Sand Brick Making Machine

Raw materials fall down into the feeding hopper, and then materials are divided into two parts by distributor plate. Some materials enter the sand making machine's impeller through the center of the plate and the other part of materials falls down from outside of the plate. The materials in impeller are thrown out with high speed and crush first with materials which is falling free around the plate, then materials hit the liner plate installed inside sand making machine for further crushing, then move up to hit top plate for further crushing, then materials fall down by gravity and are discharged out in the bottom opening of sand making machine.
