The raw material can be corn/maize, alfalfa, wheat bran, grass, rice, beans, oil cake, etc. Usually, large size raw materials should be pulverized by hammer mill. Protein or other nutrients can also be added to the raw powder.

3. Feed Pellet Mill

The ring die feed pellets production line is mainly consist of feeding device (screw feeder), hardening and tempering device (conditioner), face plate, press chamber transmission system, overload protection and electrical control system.This feed pellets production line is the key part of the complete 4 ton per hour cow fodder manufacturing plant.

6. Pellet packaging machine

This process is to pack the pellets into bags which is convenient for storage and transportation.
