Spiral plate heat exchanger is a kind of high-efficiency heat exchanger equipment, which is suitable for steam-steam, steam-liquid and liquid-liquid heat transfer. It is suitable for chemical, petroleum, solvent, medicine, food, light industry, textile, metallurgy, steel rolling, coking and other industries. According to the structural form, it can be divided into non-detachable (Type I) spiral plate heat exchangers and detachable (Type II and Type III) spiral plate heat exchangers.

Structure and performance

1. This equipment is made of two coils, forming two uniform spiral channels. Two heat transfer media can flow in full countercurrent, which greatly enhances the heat exchange effect, and even two media with small temperature difference can achieve ideal heat exchange effect.

2. The nozzle on the shell adopts tangential structure with small local resistance. Because the curvature of the spiral channel is uniform, the flow of liquid in the equipment has no big turn, and the total resistance is small. Therefore, the designed flow rate can be increased to make it have higher heat transfer capacity.

3. The end face of the spiral channel of Type I non-detachable spiral plate heat exchanger is welded and sealed, so it has high sealing performance.

4. The structural principle of type II detachable spiral plate heat exchanger is basically the same as that of non-detachable heat exchanger, but one of the channels can be disassembled and cleaned, which is especially suitable for heat exchange of viscous and precipitated liquid.

5. The structural principle of type III detachable spiral plate heat exchanger is basically the same as that of non-detachable heat exchanger, but its two channels can be disassembled and cleaned, and its application scope is wide.

6. When a single device cannot meet the use requirements, multiple devices can be used in combination, but the combination must meet the following requirements: parallel combination, series combination and the same distance between devices and channels. Combination: one channel in parallel and one channel in series.
