Grinding equipment basket mill for Inks

Closed type Basket Mill(Hydraulic Lifting) is a functional machine developed based on the standard Basket Mill(Hydraulic Lifting); The equipment has airtight vacuum cover matching with the tank exactly, the vacuum cover flange is with slot and elastic sealing ring which is anti-corrosive to ensure there is no leakage when it is under closed and vacuum condition. It can also come with vacuum pump or set of vacuum pump team, the highest vacuum degree can reach -0.098mpa(20mbar). It is applicable for dispersing and grinding under special working condition such as vacuum degassing, inert gas protection etc.  

• High grinding efficiency and excellent grinding result

Driven by the strong kinetic energy, the zirconium pins drive the grinding medium inside the basket to carry out irregular movement. The mediums crush, friction with each other to grind the powder into smaller particle size within a short period. For general materials, it can be down to approx. 5um, some even can be down to submicron or even nano level.

• High environmental protection index and safe

The equipment is with a closed type cover(lifting together with the machine) to match with the tank well to realize high vacuum degree and to prevent solvent from volatilization successfully. The cover is with sight glass and with lamp to do real-time observation of the mixing state . With hand hole for machine cleaning as well as a port for charging materials.

• Little temperature increase, stable finished product

The tank working with the machine is with cooling jacket. Excellent cooling result can be achieved by inputting cooling water into the jacket when the machine is running . Normally the temperature increase will be less than 10º. Basket part with jacket can be customized.

• Customized options

The machine can be Exproof type.

Grinding chamber can be made of Zirconium.

The machine can be vacuum type.

The materials for the machine can be SS316L.
