Pharmaceutical industry: ointments, syrup, nutrition, bio-products, paste of pharmaceutical etc.
Daily use industry: toothpaste, detergents, shoes polish, soap, fragrance etc
Food industry: sauces, jam, chocolate, butter, vegetable proteins, animal proteins etc.
Chemical industry: Painting, pigment, dyes, paints, adhesives detergents.
Note:
1. The equipment can be customized according to customer's material, in order to meet the needs of the process. Like high viscosity,strengthen the function of homogeneous,heat sensitive materials etc.
2. Interface way can choose (hoop, thread, and flange).
3. Material contact parts can choose SS 304, SS 316, SS316L, 2Cr13,9Cr18 etc.
4. Sealing material: Standard rubber ring is silicone rubber, according to the media requests; you can choose fluorine rubber, EPDM, PTFE
5. Frequency speed regulation, non frequency speed regulation, explosion proof design, non explosion proof design.
6. According to customer's workshop height, our engineers will be optimized to facilitate customer needs.
Working Process
1. Soluble (or miscible materials) solid and liquid in accelerated dissolution
2.Immiscible solid-liquid phase suspensions in superfine mixing dispersion
3. Immiscible liquid-liquid phase solution in inclusive micro-emulsion
4. High-viscosity material powder-liquid in overall-mixing and superfine dispersion
5.Nanomaterial aggregates in strong deploymerization and superfine dispersion
Q.Can you do OEM or produce as our design?
A.Yes, we can make OEM and customized as per customer requirement.
Q. Are you manufacture or trading company?
A. We are factory, we have our own engineer team and own workshop, with more than 11 year's OEM experience.
Q. What's your MOQ?
A. 1PCS/SET.
Q. What's the payment terms?
A. 30%T/T as advance payment, 70% before shipment, we also accept irrevocable L/C at sight, Western Uunion, Money Gram.
Q. What's your delivery time?
A. 10-25 days according to your Qty.
Q. Can you send the machine to my sea port?
A. Yes, we can, we accept FOB, C&F, CIF, CIP, both by sea and rail way. And our nearest port is GuangZhou.
Q. Do you provide installation&debugging service?
A. Yes, if single machine, we will send you the installation drawing and documents first, if you still have problems, we will arrange our engineers go to your place for installation guiding. If production line, our engineer will go to your place do installation & debugging for you directly.
Q. Do you provide after-sale service?
A. The warranty period is 2-3 year. If there's any problem of the equipment not caused by reasonable operation in one year,we will help you solve it (If it is small problem like spare part is broken, we will send you freely; other small problem we will guide you to solve it by phone or e-mail; If the problem cannot be solved by guiding,we will arrange technician come to your place to mend it after confirmation)
