Color Masterbatch Production Process
1. Weighing: color powder, carrier, lubricant, dispersant and other additives shall be weighed according to the process. The higher the accuracy, the better.
2. Mixing: put the weighed components into the high speed mixer
3. Extruder: set the carrier temperature of Color Masterbatch, keep it warm for a certain time, and increase the speed from slow to fast.
4. Stand die: after the die is discharged, hold the strand in hand and move towards the pelletizer at a uniform speed, and pass through the water tank dryer or suction dryer halfway.
5. Pelletizer: when the strand reaches the feed inlet of the pelletizer, slowly increase the speed of the pelletizer.
6. Packing: according to your own requirements
7. Subsequent adjustment: when the whole set of equipment operates normally for a period of time, adjust the speed to the normal production speed in turn.
