Process principle

Dehumidifying and drying crystallization of polyester pellets→Parallel twin-screw extruder: raw material melting and plasticizing → quick change filter → solution pump → extrusion die forming extrusion → oblique three-roll calender → cooling setting device → Trimming mechanism → traction transmission → automatic tension winding
