Main Technical Features
PE double wall corrugated pipe is mature product which has the advantage for low weight, low cost, anti-corrosion, good ring stiffness and flexibility.
Our company has developed PE double wall corrugated pipe extrusion line for more than 20 years. We have the whole series of double wall corrugated pipe machine: horizontal type, vertical type and shuttle type.
the corrugated forming mould is processed on CNC to ensure precision and all mould blocks can be compatible between different models of our production lines.
Corrugate shape is developed by our own technical department, to ensure pipe with high ring stiffness but low weight. Customers can also customize the corrugate shape based on their own requirement.
with socket online system, all production process is control automatically.

Can use one or several extruders to produce multi-layer pipes or to increase capacity to produce pipe with very big size. Color line extruder is to produce color line on pipe surface.

Based on pipe sizes, have two, three,four, six, eight, ten, twelve or sixteen even more claws. Traction speed is designed based on extruder capacity and pipe sizes.
